Founded in 1970 by husband and wife team William and Ardynne Besser, A&B Produce sells a wide range of produce to supermarkets and restaurants. A family business, son Brett began working at the company in 1980, and now manages A&B Produce in the same tradition of honesty and integrity that his parents established over 30 years ago.

A&B Produce is an independent company, and most of our competitors, does not belong to purchasing or procurement groups. A&B Produce purchases its produce directly from growers and shippers so we can ensure the widest selection of the best produce available anywhere, at the most competitive price possible.

The company passes its direct knowledge of the ever-changing market to its customers through a hands-on sales force, a weekly newsletter and the website which is updated regularly as availability and pricing change.
